Luigi Cusano

Luigi is a chemist, manufacturing leader, father and husband with more than 17 years experience in leading and building high performance manufacturing and supply chain teams and driving culture change. He combines the science of data with the power of core values and relationships to solve problems.

Luigi’s career expands over several industries including academe, specialty chemicals, aerospace composites, electronic materials, financial services, fast moving consumer goods, automotive and beverages.  Luigi began his professional career as an analytical chemist with several organizations then transitioned mid career into manufacturing and supply chain where he worked with international teams and found his calling as a leader.

Luigi is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and helps teams create value. Luigi’s purpose is to help people and teams learn, achieve what they thought not possible and create a future through discipline that enables the freedom to be fulfilled at work and at home while executing flawlessly for stakeholders.
