Dr. Kevin J. Dooley is a Distinguished Professor of Supply Chain Management in the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.  

He is also Chief Scientist of the Sustainability Consortium, and a Senior Global Futures Scientist in the Julie Ann Wrigley Global Futures Laboratory.

Consumer goods provide countless benefits but also come with a sustainability price tag. For the past decade, corporations, NGOs and academics have been working as part of The Sustainability Consortium to create the THESIS sustainability index. The index has been used by retailers like Walmart and Kroger to work with their suppliers on environmental and social hotspots in their supply chains. I'll share data from the index that shows us where we are progressing on key issues of supply chain sustainability, especially related to transparency.
